Our Private Neighborhood Beach
One of the best-kept secrets of staying with MWV Rentals: our street has its own private association beach on the Saco River, a short walk from all four homes. It's shallow, peaceful, and pet-friendly — bring chairs, a cooler, and towels and make an afternoon of it. Because it's private, it never gets crowded the way the public river spots do in peak season.

All four of our properties sit on or near Covered Bridge Lane in Bartlett — each private, each with its own hot tub and fire pit, and all a short walk from the river beach.
